GetYourDev provides bespoke software development services for Web3/crypto, including websites, smart contracts, bots and AI agents. Each engagement’s exact scope, deliverables and price are agreed up front before work begins.

2. No financial advice or profit guarantee

All deliverables are software tools only. Nothing provided constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Automated tools execute the strategy you define and do not guarantee any profit, win-rate, price or outcome. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.

3. Quotes, payment and pass-through costs

Prices are quoted “from” and finalized per scope. Payment is in cryptocurrency as agreed. Third-party and infrastructure costs (gas, RPC, priority fees, Jito tips, listing fees, LLM/API usage, audits) are not included unless explicitly stated and are your responsibility.

4. Private keys and security

By default you retain custody of all private keys; I never require access. Where you opt for a temporary key for setup or testing, it is used solely for that purpose and discarded afterward. You are responsible for securing your own keys, wallets and funds.

5. Delivery and ownership

On full payment, you own the delivered code and assets for your project. Reasonable testing (including testnet rehearsal and static analysis for fund-handling contracts) is performed, but no software is warranted bug-free or fit for a particular purpose beyond the agreed scope.

6. Acceptable use

I do not build deceptive or abusive systems (see How I work). You agree not to use deliverables for unlawful purposes or to defraud third parties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, my liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. I am not liable for trading losses, market outcomes, third-party platform actions, or losses arising from your key management.
